A customer called us out to give them a quote to zone out their office building. Some of the personal offices in their space would get very hot and they had people complaining about the temperature. While on the job walk with Anthony Brink and Mike Beights, they found that these insulated foam devices were put over the office space's return air ducts for a reason we did not understand. Air Systems removed them from the air ducts and the customer reported to us that the people occupying those office spaces were very happy and incredibly thankful for the simple fix. This discovery gave us a very favorable image in the customers eyes and we expect to win more work at this building.
