At EMCOR Services Betlem we organized a month-long fundraiser for October’s Breast Cancer Awareness month, and in support of EMCOR’s Pink Hard Hat Initiative. We adorned four office locations throughout October with a pink ribbon wall and abundant decorations! Our fundraising activities throughout the month included: kickoff breakfast parties at four offices for our employees, weekly PTO raffles, Bills vs Giants football squares, and a 50-50 raffle, culminating with a chili cookoff competition on October 31st. In addition to these activities, employees also had an opportunity to make a $5 donation and hang a pink ribbon on our decorated wall in honor of someone they know. Our donation went to the Pluta Cancer Center, a part of Wilmot Cancer Institute’s renowned multidisciplinary breast cancer program.
